The Kelly family's bathroom had not been touched since the house was built in the early 1990s. The suite was old, the tiles were cracked and stained, the shower barely worked, and the whole room felt cold and unloved. They wanted a full renovation — new everything — but were nervous about how long it would take and how much disruption it would cause with three kids in the house.

We completed the full renovation in just under three weeks. Our team stripped the room back to the bare walls and floor, re-tanked and waterproofed the wet areas, and fitted an entirely new suite including a freestanding bath, a large walk-in shower with a rainfall head, a floating vanity unit, and a heated towel rail. We tiled floor to ceiling in a large format porcelain tile and fitted LED lighting throughout to make the room feel bright and spacious.

Every detail was agreed with the family upfront — from the tile choice to the tap finish — so there were no surprises along the way. The finished bathroom is clean, modern, and a world away from what was there before. The Kellys told us their kids now actually fight over who gets to use it first.
