This three-bedroom terraced house had been a rental property for over fifteen years and was showing every year of it. The new owners had just bought it and wanted to renovate it completely before moving their family in. When we first walked through the property, almost everything needed attention — the electrics were outdated, the bathroom was falling apart, the kitchen was beyond saving, and several rooms needed replastering from top to bottom.

We put together a full renovation plan and got to work. Over the course of four months, our team rewired the whole house, replaced all the plumbing, fully renovated the kitchen and bathroom, replastered every room, fitted new flooring throughout, and redecorated from top to bottom. We also repaired several areas of damaged brickwork on the outside and fitted a new front door and windows.
