The Robinson family had run out of bedroom space. With two teenagers needing their own rooms and no spare space downstairs, they had been thinking about moving. Then they looked up — their loft was large, mostly unused, and full of potential. They called us in to take a look, and within a week they had a full plan and a fixed quote in their hands.

We converted the loft into a generous master bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a fully tiled ensuite shower room. To bring in enough natural light, we added two large dormer windows to the rear and two Velux windows to the front. The staircase was carefully designed to fit neatly into the existing landing without eating into the bedroom below.

Our team handled every part of the job — structural work, carpentry, plastering, plumbing, electrics, tiling, and decoration. When we handed the room over, it was fully finished and ready to move into. The Robinsons got a brand new bedroom suite without losing a square metre of their garden and without the cost of moving house.
